Actress Scarlet Johansson, 26, has "essentially moved in" with Sean Penn, 50, who lives in a multi-million dollar home in Malibu, California.Spokespeople for the two had no immediate comment on the report. In February, a report for Scarlet denied the two were dating.
Ryan Reynolds, Johansson's husband of two years, filed for divorce in December 2010. The two married on Sept. 27, 2008 in Canada after dating for about a year. They have no children. Reynolds cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, according to the legal papers.
Penn, meanwhile, became officially divorced from Robin Wright, his wife of 14 years in July 2010. The two have a 20-year-old daughter, Dylan, and a 17-year-old son, Hopper.
