Victoria Justice celebrated her birthday on February 19 and looked fab in a black lacy Basil Soda dress at her party where she was joined by loads of Nickelodeon stars including the Sprouse brothers and her Victorious co-stars.
Victoria teamed her fab cut-out dress with black heels, simple Marc Jacobs earrings and a Kenneth Jay Lane ring.
